At Leapfrog, we are always excited to engage our employees in fun activities that foster learning, collaboration, and team spirit. These events are a great way to break the routine of everyday work and recharge.
On a Saturday afternoon, the cafeteria was set up with all the healthy ingredients needed for a fireless cooking challenge. The Leapfrog team was eager to step out of their comfort zones and showcase their culinary skills.
The activity kicked off post-lunch, with teams of four members each, drawn from a total of 40 participants. The creative team names were as fun and unique as the dishes they were about to create: "Kenda Sampige" led by Vishwanath, "Power Cheff" led by Dayesh, "Nanu Nakkare Halu Sakkare" led by Masidda, and "Halu Jenu" led by Prashant Mahajan.
The jury, consisting of Prabhav, Sapna, Jayakar, and Naga Ratna, judged the teams based on taste, presentation, and teamwork. It was clear that the teamwork element was strong, with each team member contributing to the overall experience, reflecting the collaborative spirit of Leapfrog.
The menu included healthy salads, refreshing fruit juices & smoothies, and laddus—classic Indian sweets made with nuts, seeds, and dry fruits.
The winning team, "Power Cheff," led by Dayesh, took home the Rs 1000 prize, showcasing their passion and skill in the kitchen.
A big round of applause to the admin/HR/Wellness team for organizing such a well-executed event that brought everyone together for learning, fun, and, of course, delicious food!
